Ashley Tisdale got candid about her psychological state a several months right after she shipped her firstborn, infant Jupiter.
On Saturday, Tisdale, 35, shared a makeup-totally free selfie on Instagram, and in the caption, talked about acquiring herself and therapeutic soon after welcoming her daughter.
“Slowly and gradually therapeutic, bit by bit discovering myself,” the “Substantial College Musical” star wrote. “I’m not striving to get back again to who I was, there’s no way.
